第5章 商贸事宜谈判

Both parties shall hold joint responsibilities for the performance of the contract. The basic obligations which the seller shall execute are to deliver the goods, hand over any documents relating to them and transfer the property in the goods as required by the contract. The goods that the seller must deliver are of the quantity, quality, and specifications required by the contract and are contained or packaged in the manner required by the contract.

交易双方应共同承担履行合同的义务。卖方应履行的基本义务是按合同规定支付货物、移交一切与货物有关的单据并移交货物的所有权。卖方交付的货物必须与合同所规定的数量、质量和规格相符,并按合同规定的方式装箱或包装。
